Our Services

MUNA Healthlife USA delivers integrated Spirit-Body-Mind wellness services that go beyond symptom management to address the structural foundations of human wellbeing — for individuals, families, organizations, and healthcare partners.

Our Services

For Individuals & Families

Every human being functions through three systems — Spirit, Body, and Mind. When these systems are developed and aligned, the outcomes are Spiritual Health, Physical Health, and Financial Health. MUNA Healthlife USA offers structured services that help individuals and families assess, develop, and maintain their whole-person wellness state.

SBM Wellness Assessment

A structured 30-item evaluation of your Spirit, Body, and Mind wellness state, producing a personal SDM Wellness Index score with domain profiles and an Alignment score measuring how coherently your three systems are working together.

Results delivered as a personalized SBM Wellness Profile
Identifies which dimension needs most attention
Includes a brief consultation to review findings
Recommended annually or at any major life transition

Our Services

For Healthcare & Community Partners

Medicine addresses the sickness state. MUNA Healthlife addresses the wellness state. These are complementary services — not competing ones. Every sick person simultaneously possesses a residual wellness state that medical treatment alone cannot restore. MUNA Healthlife USA is seeking US healthcare partners to develop the SBM Wellness Centre model: a structured wellness restoration service operating alongside clinical care, particularly for patients with chronic lifestyle-related conditions.

SBM Wellness Centre Partnership

A formal partnership model in which MUNA Healthlife USA establishes a Healthlife Wellness Centre within or adjacent to a clinical facility. The Centre receives patients — particularly those with chronic lifestyle conditions (diabetes, hypertension, obesity, cardiovascular disease) — for structured SBM wellness restoration services alongside their medical treatment.

Proven model: Memorandum of Understanding signed with Nazarene Health Institutions, Eswatini (affiliated with Church of the Nazarene USA)
Services include SBM Wellness Assessment, GOT NEWS2 coaching, belief system and lifestyle education
Addresses wellness state restoration that clinical care cannot provide
Designed as a referral pathway from discharging physicians — not a clinical replacement
Includes a research protocol for measuring combined medical plus wellness intervention outcomes
Particularly suited to faith-based health systems already oriented toward whole-person care
US priority partner: Church of the Nazarene affiliated health institutions

Community Health Education Programme

A structured community wellness education programme delivering SBM framework literacy and GOT NEWS2 physical wellness practices to community groups, faith congregations, and public health programme participants.

Suitable for African diaspora communities, faith congregations, and community health organizations
Delivered as a workshop series (4 to 8 sessions) or single-day event
Addresses spiritual, physical, and financial wellness as interconnected community health issues
Designed to complement and strengthen existing community health programmes
Can be delivered in partnership with community health workers and faith leaders

Research Collaboration

MUNA Healthlife USA welcomes research partnerships with universities, public health schools, and health research organisations. The SBM framework, the SBM Wellness Index instrument, and ongoing programme evaluations offer multiple joint research opportunities.

Current active evaluation: World Vision Eswatini five-year wellness programme (independent evaluation 2023-2026)
Proposed research: combined medical and GOT NEWS2 wellness intervention outcomes (Nazarene Health Institutions)
SBM Wellness Index psychometric validation study opportunity
Cross-population and cross-cultural application research
Journal manuscript on the SBM structural wellness framework in preparation for submission
Open to adjunct faculty, visiting scholar, and co-authorship arrangements
